Our Head of State should live here, be a proud Australian and be able to unify our nation in times of celebration or crisis. It’s important that choices about our future are in Australian hands, not the hands of a foreign monarch or their representative.
The Australian Republic Movement is building an inclusive, member-controlled, volunteer led campaign calling for a national vote so Australia can decide our future and so Australians can have a Head of State of our own.
