Isaac Jeffrey, National Director and Chief Executive Officer
Isaac Jeffrey has a background in government, small business, and public and government relations.
He spent a decade in government holding roles which included Chief of Staff and Principal Private Secretary to various Federal Ministers, including the Deputy Prime Minister, and as a public servant with the Department of Defence.
Isaac has a Master of Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Business (Honours). He is a country boy at heart, having grown up in regional NSW. He is a lifelong supporter of an Australian republic, and a passionate advocate for democracy and human rights.
Alita Brydon, Head Of Digital
Alita Brydon is best known as a viral content creator and for her work in online social movements. Her goal is to empower people and grow communities using the internet.
She is also writer and podcaster, and has worked as a media spokesperson in lifestyle and FMCG.
Alita has over a decade of marketing, digital and brand management experience with six years focus on social media.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Media) and Postgraduate Diploma of Public Relations from RMIT University.
Rachel Blazey, Membership Engagement Officer
Rachel Blazey has previously worked in corporate social responsibility for a listed company due to her 13+ years experience working with community groups, charities and not-for-profits driving numerous fundraising campaigns.
Rachel has served as an elected Councillor for Willoughby City Council and hopes to continue to drive positive change that is inclusive and better represents Australia today.
She is most proud of her partnership with the State Library of NSW, in setting up the only humour writing award in Australia in honour of her late godfather - The Russell Prize... oh and her children! They have skilled her in multi-tasking and working under pressure.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Business (Mgt) degree and experience in marketing while her passion is creating community.
